**New Zealand**
All parcels are shipped via NZ Post.

• Standard Shipping: $7.50 NZD

• Rural Shipping: $13 NZD

• Free shipping on orders over $100 NZD (excludes rural addresses)

Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days. Please ensure you select the correct shipping option at checkout, particularly for rural addresses.

**Australia**
We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping – $18 NZD
  (No tracking once the parcel arrives in Australia)
  Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

• Tracked Standard Shipping – $22 NZD
  (Includes tracking within Australia)
  Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

• Express Shipping – $35 NZD
  Estimated delivery: 2–6 business days

• DHL Express Shipping – $55 NZD
  Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

• Free shipping on orders over $250 AUD

**International**
We offer worldwide shipping with the following options:

• Flat rate shipping: $40 NZD
  Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

• USA DHL Express Shipping: $85 NZD
  Express delivery via DHL

Orders are typically shipped on the same or next business day after purchase.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control. Preloved Charlies is not responsible for delays once parcels have been dispatched.
