If your tracking shows an issue or your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, get in touch with us and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.

Yes, we can ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers — just make sure the address is entered correctly at checkout.

Each listing includes flat-lay measurements and an estimated AU size — we recommend comparing them to a similar item you already own for the best fit. You can also contact us with any questions, we are always happy to help.

Measurements are taken flat-lay and vary by garment type:

• Tops/Jackets/Dresses: pit to pit (width), pit to bottom (length)
• Pants/Shorts: waistband (width), inseam (length)
• Skirts: waistband (width), full length
• Belts: widest point (width), buckle to first hole (length)
• Bags: widest point (width), height of main compartment (length)
• Shoes: calf area for boots (width), toe to heel (length), height added for heels

All our pieces are preloved, so some may show minor signs of wear consistent with their age. Our team does their best to mention any flaws in the listings, and photos show the item's true condition.

No — every piece is one of a kind, so once it's sold, it's gone for good!

We don't offer consignment unfortunately.

We don't take donations — we recommend visiting your local charity shops, such as Mary Potter Hospice, Salvation Army, City Mission and more.
